Lecture Synopsis
Occlusal Disease (OD) is so prevalent and insidious, and yet it usually goes untreated. It is responsible for most restorative failures, and it is no less destructive to the dentition and costly than decay or periodontal disease. Proper implementation, diagnosis, and treatment of OD could be a great benefit to patients. In this very practical course you will learn how to apply a methodic and incremental approach to diagnosis that can be easily implemented in any practice, for every single patient. The Occlusal Disease Diagnosis System is a methodic and practical system to diagnose and treat Occlusal Disease, including occlusal equilibration. This course also includes a system to educate and motivate patients about Occlusal Disease, leading to excellent treatment acceptance and added profits, while maintaining a highly ethical practice.
